AY AC Condenser Coil Cleaner is a powerful, non-acidic cleaning solution specially formulated to remove tough grease, dust, dirt, and grime deposits from air conditioning and refrigeration condenser coils. Usage Instructions:

1. Dilute the product with water in a 1:3 to 1:5 ratio depending on the level of dirt.

2. Spray the solution generously on the condenser coils.

3. Allow it to sit for 5–10 minutes for effective penetration.

4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

5. Turn on the system only after the coil is completely dry.

Precautions:

• Use protective gloves and eyewear while handling.

• Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged skin contact.

• Do not use on aluminum if unsure of material compatibility – spot test first.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
