AY-DRUST is a high-strength, acid-based derusting chemical specially formulated to remove rust, scale, and oxide deposits from ferrous metal surfaces. It penetrates and dissolves rust rapidly, restoring metal surfaces to a clean and reactive state, ideal for further surface treatment like painting, phosphating, or coating. AY-DRUST ensures effective metal surface preparation with minimal effort.

Usage Instructions:

1. Surface Cleaning: Remove oil or grease using a degreaser.

2. Application:

   • Dip Method: Immerse metal parts for 10–30 minutes depending on rust severity.

   • Brush Method: Apply directly and let sit for 10–20 minutes.

3. Rinse: Wash thoroughly with clean water after derusting.

4. Dry: Air dry or use warm air. Apply anti-rust coating if storage is required.
