Description:
AY Lithium Silicate Concrete Densifier is a premium, water-based chemical treatment designed to penetrate concrete surfaces and react with free lime and calcium hydroxide to form insoluble calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H) gel. This reaction significantly increases the hardness, density, and durability of concrete, making it more resistant to abrasion, dusting, and moisture penetration.

Usage Instructions:

1. Clean the surface thoroughly; it must be free of dust, oil, or any curing compounds.

2. Apply uniformly using a low-pressure sprayer or microfiber mop.

3. Allow the product to sit and absorb into the surface for 20–30 minutes.

4. Reapply on areas that absorb quickly to ensure even treatment.

5. After full absorption, remove any excess with a clean, dry mop.

6. Allow the treated surface to cure for 24–48 hours before heavy traffic or polishing.

Coverage:

• Approx. 150–200 sq. ft. per litre (depends on porosity and surface texture)

Precautions:

• Do not dilute the product.

• Avoid application on hot surfaces or under direct sunlight.

• Store in original, tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place.
